Buenos Aires, November 17 (NA) – La Bombonera stadium and the José Amalfitani stadium were the scenes of operations carried out by the Ministry of Security during the matches between Boca and Tigre, and Vélez and River Plate, respectively. These operations resulted in 66 'trapitos' (young people involved in petty crime) being detained, 80 fans being denied entry, and the issuance of over 260 contravention reports. According to the Argentine News Agency, 232 contravention reports were issued, 175 of which were for attempting to enter the stadium without tickets, as part of an operation by the Mass Events Prevention Directorate. Regarding the application of the right of admission, 68 fans were denied entry for being listed in the 'Tribuna Segura' (Secure Stand) program, while 63 'trapitos' were detained in the third security ring. The other reports were for inciting disorder, using pyrotechnics, consuming alcohol, and improper use of public space, with the intervention of the Flagrancia Area of the Southern Fiscal Unit. Additionally, personnel from the General Directorate of Inspection and Control of the City Government issued six seizure reports for various street vending stalls and for supplying alcoholic beverages near the stadium, where 108 items were confiscated. Meanwhile, near the José Amalfitani stadium, three 'trapitos' were detained and 12 fans were denied entry to the pitch. The personnel involved issued a total of 30 reports for various contraventions.
